REGISTRATION, TERMS AND PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS

1. To complete your registration, please complete the registration form for the specific training course to be held on the given dates and in a given city.
For online registration and payment, once you have completed the registration form and read our registration terms and preparation requirements, and accepted these, the payment page will appear. Individuals or organizations can make payments using Pay Pal or credit/debt cards.

Organizations sending more than three participants will receive a 5% discount. If they require an invoice and/or would like training at their location for 11 to 20 participants, please contact us.

2. Please register as early as possible to ensure your space for a given course. Your registration for a given course is only complete if you have completed the registration form, accepted the terms and preparation requirements, and made the payment on or before the given deadline. Organizations can request invoices well in advance of the deadlines, but payments have to be made on or before the deadline.

3.TRAINING MAPS AND COURSE INFO:

If you have not already done so, then, please get familiar with the TRAINING MAPS, individual training courses and their contents. For this information, please click on the " INSTRUCTOR- LEAD COURSES" on the side menu. Also for training schedules, duration of the courses, and information on fees, please check the "REGISTRATION" section. Once you have refreshed yourself, finish reading the terms and conditions and complete other registration steps.

4. For successful completion, full attendance is required. The successful completion certificate will indicate the full number of hours designated and attended by the participant of the course. The certificates will be given at the end of the course. For the Full or Advanced course, you will be coached and supported for the successful planning of a project during the course. The courses are a lot of fun to learn but are also intensive, and you will carry useful skills with you at the end of the courses.

5. Yourself or your HR can request PDU/CED (Professional Development Units/ Continuous Education Units) certificates, transcripts, or replacement certificates based on the courses you attended. Fees apply to these requests. The documents will be sent by priority USPS mail. The transcripts will be sent by email in the PDF format. For FedEx delivery additional charges apply.

6. PREREQUISITE

Basic Computer literacy is required. You should have basic computer skills to type, save, and print documents. In order to fully benefit from the courses, and learn essential practical skills. You are required to bring with you a notebook computer. The notebook computer can be either Windows, or Mac OS, or Linux based. We will provide you with the instruction to load an open source Project Management Software. You will be using it during the course and also to have with you to use after the course. Carry your notebook charger with you.

7. TRAINING SHEDULES AND DEADLINES

For whatever reason, if you could not participate in a course, there will be no refund . If we are informed in writing (and confirmed by us) earlier or before the registration deadline for a given course by email, we will confirm your email and transfer you to the next available course at no additional training fee to you. If you inform us after the registration deadline, we will transfer you to the next available training course and you will be paying 50 % of the training fee of the new course.
If you wish to register after the deadline, please contact us by email first before you pay the training fees.

8. We will provide training manuals, coffee breaks, and lunches. For the advanced course, we will also provide books (Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK] and AGILE Practice Guide published by the Project Management Institute [PMI]) . You will be responsible for your travel, travel insurance, and hotel costs. A number of travel agencies offer discounted hotel prices and travel insurance. Please ensure that your hotel is near the training facility in the same city.

9. You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. You will be polite to all the participants in your conduct and communications in order to maintain harmony in the class. Video or voice recording of lectures and discussions is not permitted. This is to ensure that the discussions are conducted in a comfortable environment. Training manuals are the copyright of the Training and Technology International LLC, and are, for the personal use of the registered participants only. The content of these manuals will not be reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form without the written approval of the Training and Technology International LLC.
